How Leach Is Leading the Way in Sustainable Graphics & Displays
Leach has a long history of innovation in large-format print, always focusing on realising creative visions. We see the world as our canvas, and today, that includes a strong commitment to sustainability.
We understand our clients need high-quality graphics and displays that minimise environmental impact. That’s why we’ve invested in developing industry-leading eco materials.
Join us as we explore how Leach is driving sustainable practices in our industry.
Choosing sustainable graphics doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice print quality. With our Eco Screen, you can achieve the same finish as with other fabric graphic solutions.
Our Eco Screen fabric is made from 100% recycled yarn, and for every square meter produced, two plastic bottles are recycled. We use dye sublimation technology to apply the graphics so that the highest quality print is achieved. This process extends the product lifecycle, meaning you can use, store and reuse with confidence, knowing your graphics will remain the same.
When you need to update your graphics, simply recycle your eco screen through our ‘Return to Base’ scheme.
For a complete eco display, we offer the Leach Box, a 100% recyclable lightbox that offers ultra-bright illumination for your fabric graphics. Our LED lightbox is integrated with timers and sensor controls, so you reduce unnecessary energy usage.
We use recyclable aluminium frames as a standard, allowing us to create lightbox structures that meet any specification. This flexibility is ideal for exhibitions and events where there is an increasing demand for large lightbox displays.
The Leach Box can be suspended, wall-mounted or free-standing. No matter the choice, the results are the same: a stunning, sustainable display with impactful graphics.
Along with indoor graphics, we also offer Eco Vault, an eco-friendly external signage solution. These interpretation panels have transformed heritage attractions, which require hard-wearing solutions that are resistant to water, UV, frost and flame.
We recently installed Eco Vault throughout Dover Castle, which required hundreds of wall panels and signage to guide visitors across 80 acres of land. This durable signage is free from harmful VOCs, PVC and solvent-based print, making it safer for both people and the planet.
Our eco materials extend beyond just fabric textiles and to other substrates, such as:
