With over 20 years of experience, Dharmishta manages all aspects of finance and payroll at Leach. Her expertise ensures the smooth running of the company’s financial operations and supports long-term business stability.

James brings years of hands-on experience to his role as Head of Production, having previously served as Print Technical Manager. He leads Leach’s production team with a focus on quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.
