Make an impact in the world of large format print

Are you a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for bringing bold creative visions to life? At Leach we specialise in large format print and production, delivering stunning graphics for retail and museum installations worldwide. We’re looking for a problem-solver, communicator, and leader who can manage projects from start to finish – ensuring exceptional quality, smooth execution, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading projects from concept to completion – oversee everything from initial briefing to final installation, coordinating artwork creation, proofing, production, procurement, and installation.
  • Owning budgets and timelines – keep projects on track, within scope and financially sound.
  • Building strong client relationships – act as the primary contact, ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Collaborating with internal teams – work closely with production, design, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Managing change and problem solving – adapt to project variations while keeping commercial viability in mind.
  • Driving continuous improvement – identify ways to optimise workflows, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.

What you bring to the team:

  • At least three years of experience in project management, ideally within large format print or a related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, margins, and how to maximise profitability.
  • A solution-focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and project installations.

Why join us?

  • We are a certified Great Place to Work®, committed to a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture.
  • Be part of high-profile projects across retail and museums worldwide.
  • Career growth and development opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

If you’re ready to take on exciting projects and be part of a team that values quality, creativity, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
