With over 20 years’ experience of working with major brands and retailers from within the print industry, Richard brings with him an excellent technical background and a proven track record of exceeding customer needs.
We caught up with Richard to find out a little more about his career to date, why Leach and his top tip for customers…
Briefly describe your role:
“I’m responsible for Leach Impact’s major customer accounts and lead the account management team in delivering high levels of customer service and technical support.
Where did/have you worked before?
“I’ve worked within the print industry for over 20 years which allows me to offer good technical support and experience to our customers, helping to solve their problems
“I was looking for a new challenge and that fitted perfectly with the opportunity at Leach. I’ve always been aware of the Leach brand and its excellent reputation within the print industry and I’m excited about our product range and the bespoke elements I can offer to customers. Together with the values of the organisation and its people presented too good an opportunity to miss!
What has been your career highlight to date?
“Whilst working on behalf of the Co-op brand, I project managed their Christmas graphics from concept right through to production – a £1m campaign
