Name: Russell Wilson
Role: Head of operations
Briefly describe your role:
My role includes not only leading our production and operational teams, but also our R&D department which is at the forefront of delivering the very best and latest solutions to our customer base.
It is my responsibility to ensure all projects are processed efficiently, on time and to budget.

It will be four years in March – feels like only yesterday I joined the team!
What’s been your favourite project to date?
There are so many it’s impossible to pick just one!
Al-Salam Palace in Kuwait was incredibly challenging – largely due to the time frame, complexity and location – but the results were extremely impressive! We’ve also seen some great heritage sector projects featuring our ‘Vault’ signage recently – including work for The National Trust, The Forestry Commission and Scottish Wildlife Trust.

My phone – as I’m always on the move.
When I’m not at work you’re most likely to find me…
With my family.
