Briefly describe your role:
As a business development manager here at Leach, my role is to look for current trends within our industry, to enable Leach to remain at the top of its game and maintain high levels of enquiries. Part of my job is to work collaboratively with clients and take them through the entire process – from initial contact to installation – to ensure 100% satisfaction. In addition, I offer my own technical experience to assist in the constant search for new innovations
How long have you been with Leach?
Two years and five months – it’s flown!
What’s been your favourite project to date?
The global roll-out of the AllSaints retail store lightbox designs – across the UK, Europe and the US. In my opinion, this was a great example of building and maintaining a great relationship, which is very rewarding.
Describe Leach in 3 words:
Industry leading innovators!
And how would your colleagues describe you in 3 words?
Patient, creative, big! (I sometimes get called Shrek)
The best thing about working at Leach is…
…our passion for great quality and service – not one person wants to let a customer down.
What top tip would you give to a client?
Get creative and test us! (We’ll pass.)
What’s your favourite food?
Cheese and egg in the oven with bread – old school.
What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?
When I’m not at work you’re most likely to find me…
…with my fianceé – who will be wife as of September – and our kids. I’m a true family man.
